Free perfboard designer

Description: I recently found the Lochmaster a designers tool for perf and solder boards. Now I have found a freeware software doing the same thing, not exactly the same functionality, but HEY! Its free :)
Check out the DIY Layout Creator. It's added to the resource center ofcourse.
